SOLID-SELF-LUBRICATION BUSHES
SELF-LUBRICATION BEARINGS -JDB SERIES

Introduction
The solid-inlaid copper-graphite bearing (JDB) is a new type of lubricated bearing that combines the characteristics of metal bearings and oil-free lubricated bearings. It uses a metal base material, onto which solid lubricants are distributed in appropriate proportions and sizes according to operating conditions. It features high load capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong self-lubrication. It is particularly suitable for heavy loads, low speeds, reciprocating or oscillating movements, and other applications where lubrication and oil film formation are difficult. It is also resistant to water and other acidic corrosion and erosion. No oiling or maintenance is required during operation, significantly improving mechanical performance and reducing maintenance costs for the bearing and equipment. It can also be lubricated with oil. Oil grooves and oil holes can be machined in various shapes and orientations to achieve the desired effect, depending on the operating conditions. In short, this is a fully customizable product.
Advantages Of JDB series
Suitable for long-term maintenance-free use;
High precision, strong load-bearing capacity, excellent wear resistance, and long service life;
Available for arbitrary dimensions, conveniently meeting various size and shape requirements;
Highly stable friction coefficient, no "sticking";
Resistant to dust, moisture, impact, and side loads;
Suitable for use over a wide temperature range;
Suitable for applications with frequent starting and stopping, such as rotating, reciprocating, and oscillating motions, where oil film formation is difficult.
Main Application of JDB Series

Engineering machinery, rubber machinery, auto mold, hydraulic cylinders, large gear boxes, metallurgical machinery, trains bracket, rolling equipment, mining machinery, shipbuilding, machinery, construction, turbines, electrical equipment, water conservancy construction.
