Causes of bearing rust:

3、 The way of coating anti-rust oil is unreasonable. First, the method of rolling the bearing is put on the rag impregnated with anti-rust oil, contaminants on the rag and areas where the anti-rust oil has not been applied can cause corrosion. Another method is to stack the bearings together, then spray the anti-rust oil with a sprayer, And the bearing and bearing superimposed between the surface is difficult to be doused with anti-rust oil, This prolonged exposure to water and oxygen in the air slowly produces corrosion.
4、 The environmental humidity of bearing production is too large, which will also lead to bearing rust.
5、 Acid printed bearing, If not cleaned or neutralized thoroughly, then the corrosion caused by this factor is quite serious.
6、 When the bearing is cleaned with water, not dehydrated or not completely dehydrated and blow-dried by air compressor without drying,, it will also cause serious corrosion of the bearing.
7、 In the process of assembly and inspection, if the operator directly touches the bearing with his hand, the sweat on his hand will remain on the bearing surface, resulting in rust corrosion on the bearing.
8、 Bearing production materials are not qualified, such as high content of non-metallic impurities in steel.
